The cape mädchen ships its capes with the help of DHL. As soon as we send your cape on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its journey. It is also possible to ship to a post office or collection point. Or you can of course pick up your cape in our Berlin Showroom. Just choose the free option PICK UP when making your selection.

Shipping in Germany

Costs are usually €3,95 for 1 Cape/ €4,35 for 2 Capes/ €4,75 for 3 Capes. We happily provide free shipping over €500 order value. If you are in a rush, we can send your cape via DHL Express (€11,90/Parcel). Shipping to Switzerland

DHL and the Swiss customs require payment of custom duty for each parcel send to Switzerland. These costs vary on the products ordered. Additionally, an advance commission is required, which amounts to 20 CH Franks per parcel. Should the order value of your parcel exceed 700 CH, then the advance commission will be 2,5% of your order value.

Duration:

The shipping duration within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days and to the EU/Switzerland 3-5 working days.
