Payment & Shipping

You can choose between three payment options. 

Pay in Advance/ Bank transfer

Should you choose this method of payment, you will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order with us, where we will share the cape mädchen bank details with you. Please keep in mind to add your personal reference number, so that we know the payment is from you. As soon as your transfer is accredited, we will send your order on its way with DHL. Depending on your bank it could take up to 2-4 working days for the payment to go through, and even up to 5 working days if you pay from outside Germany. We will reserve your order up to 14 days until the payment is accredited.

Payment via SOFORT Überweisung (immediate transfer)

Please select this SOFORT Überweisung during your order if you prefer this payment method. You will then automatically get re-directed to the secured payment form and asked to provide your country, sort code and BIC information. You will then proceed to log in with your usual online banking details and confirm the transaction process via submission of your TAN. Following this, we will receive a real-time confirmation about your payment and can proceed with your order right away..

Payment via PayPal

You can also pay with PayPal and get re-directed to the PayPal domain right after completion of your order. If you are already a customer with them, you can just log in with your details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either log in as a guest or open a new account and then proceed with the payment. Alternatively you can also pay through PayPal using your credit card or via debit entry without signing up. As soon as the payment is accredited we will then proceed with your order. Please keep in mind though that in rare cases payment defect could occur on account of PayPal, which are sadly beyond our control.

Shipping

das cape mädchen ships its capes with the help of DHL. As soon as we send your cape on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its journey. It is also possible to ship to a post office or collection point. Or you can of course pick up your cape in our Berlin Showroom. Just choose the free option PICK UP when making your selection.

Shipping in Germany

Costs are usually €3,95 for 1 Cape/ €4,35 for 2 Capes/ €4,75 for 3 Capes. We happily provide free shipping over €500 order value. If you are in a rush, we can send your cape via DHL Express (€11,90/Parcel). In order to ensure that the cape will be with you the following day please call us before 3pm at 030-64449691 or via Email - bestellungen@dascapemaedchen.com.

€9,90 when purchasing one cape

Shipping to Switzerland

DHL and the Swiss customs require payment of custom duty for each parcel send to Switzerland. These costs vary on the products ordered. Additionally, an advance commission is required, which amounts to 20 CH Franks per parcel. Should the order value of your parcel exceed 700 CH, then the advance commission will be 2,5% of your order value.

The shipping duration within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days and to the EU/Switzerland 3-5 working days.
