Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make use of your right of withdrawal, given that the product is in its original, unworn condition.

Right of Withdrawal

We happily cover the shipping costs for you returning your order. Please just write us an email under bestellungen@dascapemaedchen.com and we will provide you with a DHL-return slip. We also ask you to kindly send the items in their original packaging. The process of returning your item should not take longer than 5 working days. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for items that have been altered/embroidered according to your wishes.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your cape for a different model, just tell us know which one you would like upon returning the old one, and we send it on its way to you as soon we have received the first cape back.

If you would prefer to receive you money back (shipping costs not included), we ask you to kindly provide us with you bank details.
